LOWER LEG SERVICE (50 HOURS)
Routine maintenance to keep your fork running smooth and responsive.
Includes full lower-leg removal, deep cleaning to eliminate contaminants, fresh suspension oil, and inspection of all internal surfaces. Wiper seals are replaced as needed, and bushings are carefully inspected and burnished to maintain proper alignment and reduce friction.

FULL REBUILD (100–200 HOURS)
Complete teardown and rebuild of both the air spring and damper systems to restore full performance.
The fork is fully disassembled, cleaned, and rebuilt with new seals and fresh fluids. The damper is precision bled to eliminate air contamination, and all internal components are inspected for wear and tolerance. Bushings are evaluated and burnished as needed to ensure proper alignment and smooth operation.
